Corporate Shuttle set out to provide a safe reliable service to all of its customers.


We will always try to be fair and reasonable to our customers and promote goodwill where possible.


Please inform Corporate Shuttle as soon as you are aware of flight delays and change of scheduled flight times.


Whilst we will exercise all due care and consideration to carry out Client and/or Passenger instruction, we will not be liable for any incidence or loss due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


Right to Refusal


Corporate Shuttle reserves the right to refuse to carry any persons or objects that the driver deems to be likely to cause him or his vehicle harm or damage in whatsoever form. The judgment of the driver will be final.

Corporate Shuttle may charge for any costs involved.


Quotes

All quotes, where given, are approximate according to an estimate of miles and time incurred by driver and time of day of travel and type of vehicle required to do a specific journey.


Charges

We will calculate fares based upon mileage incurred, time and out of pocket expenditure.


The charge rate will vary according to the type of vehicle/service required for the journey.


We operate a fixed rate for journeys to, or from Pretoria/Johannesburg and Oliver Tambo International Airport.


Most journeys are quoted travelling via the shortest route. If the route varies from this, e.g. by request from the customer to use a motorway route or the driver has to avoid a traffic related problem, Corporate Shuttle reserve the right to charge the Client for any extra mileage and time.


Surcharges

We reserve the right to apply a surcharge to:


- out of area to out of area journeys

- Christmas, New Year and other Bank Holiday journeys

- additional stops on route

- periods of extreme weather or road conditions.

- journeys out of standard business hours.

- peak hours


Cancellations

Corporate Shuttle assume a journey request is still valid until:


1. A Passenger or someone deemed to be representing the Passenger cancels the journey with a member of staff in the offices of Corporate Shuttle and receives confirmation by the member of staff that it is cancelled.


2. Our driver and or supporting staff have satisfied themselves that they are unable to pick the Passenger up for whatever reason.


Until then we will take all reasonable care to complete the booking.


Where the driver is unable to find a Passenger after making all reasonable efforts, the Client may be charged.


Where a Client or Passenger gives incorrect information regarding a pick up place or time or other relevant detail that results in a cost to our driver, the Client may be liable for a cancellation charge.


Cancellation Charge

Cancellation of orders by the client longer than 24 hours before will attract a 10 % administration fee.  Cancellations within 24 hours of the service delivery will attract a cancellation fee of 100%, subject to the discretion of Corporate Shuttle.


Waiting time

Where a driver has to wait beyond the appointed time to collect a Passenger, whether it is the fault of the Passenger or Client, or arises from circumstances beyond their control, the Client will be liable to pay Corporate Shuttle for the waiting time.


Route variation

We will try to carry out a journey in a way the Passenger requests, e.g. route variation unless we have written instructions not to do so by the account holder.


TERMS & CONDITIONS


1. Detailed description of goods and/or services

Corporate Shuttle is a business in the Services Industry that transports passengers.


2. Delivery policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within one day and delivery confirmed by way of reference number.


3. Return and Refunds policy

The provision of goods and services by Corporate Shuttle is subject to availability. Cancellation of orders by the client longer than 24 hours before will attract a 10 % administration fee.  Cancellations within 24 hours of the service delivery will attract a cancellation fee of 100%, subject to the discretion of Corporate Shuttle.


4. Customer Privacy policy

Corporate Shuttle shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from:

5. Payment options accepted

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the Corporate Shuttle bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.


6. Card acquiring and security

Card transactions will be acquired for Corporate Shuttle via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.


7. Customer details separate from card details

Customer details will be stored by Corporate Shuttle separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.


8. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is

South African Rand (ZAR).


9. Responsibility

Corporate Shuttle takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.


10. Country of domicile

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Corporate Shuttle chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, 371 Farenden Rd, Arcadia, Pta, 0083.


11. Variation

Corporate Shuttle may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.


12. Company information

This website is run by a close corporation based in South Africa trading as Corporate Shuttle and with registration number 2006/131501/23 and Owner.
